We are currently looking for a talented and motivated Recruitment Staff member to join our Human Resources team based in Karawaci, Tangerang. This is a full-time role designed for individuals who are passionate about talent acquisition and organizational development within a leading educational institution.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce. You will be responsible for the following tasks:
* End-to-End Recruitment: Managing the entire hiring lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending offers, and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.
* Talent Attraction: Utilizing LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and professional networks to identify and attract top-tier talent.
* Interview Coordination: Managing schedules and serving as the bridge between prospective candidates and hiring managers.
* Pipeline Development: Proactively building and maintaining a sustainable talent pool to meet the university's future staffing needs.
* HR Support: Assisting with various HR-related administrative duties and ensuring documentation is accurate.

Candidate Requirements
To excel in this role, applicants should meet the following criteria:
1. Educational Background: A Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Psychology is mandatory.
2. Professional Experience: A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Human Resources, specifically focusing on Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
3. Core Competencies: Demonstrated ability in sourcing, screening, and conducting behavioral interviews.
4. Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential to engage with diverse stakeholders.
