Candidate Qualifications
To ensure the highest standards of production, all applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Gender: Open to both male and female candidates.
* Physical and Mental Health: Must be in excellent physical and mental health to perform manufacturing duties.
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK/MA or equivalent).
* Academic Achievement: A minimum average score of 80.00 on the final school examination, with a specific minimum score of 80.00 in Mathematics.
* Availability: Must be fully prepared to work in rotating shifts and commit to overtime as required by production schedules.
* Documentation: Must possess a valid Police Record Certificate (SKCK) and an active BPJS Kesehatan membership.
* Integrity: Must provide a recent Drug-Free Certificate (SKBN).
* Personal Attributes: High internal motivation, the ability to work effectively both independently and within a diverse team, and the physical stamina required for a dynamic manufacturing floor.
