1. General Affair & Environment Specialist (East Jakarta)
This role is essential for maintaining operational excellence and environmental compliance.
* Key Responsibilities: Managing general services (outsourcing, security, facility maintenance), coordinating facility regulations, and monitoring environmental compliance (water quality, emissions, and waste management) in accordance with PROPER standards and ISO certifications (9001, 14001, 45001, 50001).
* Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering with a strong grasp of Indonesian environmental laws. Certification in PPA, PPU, or Hazardous Waste Management (B3) is highly preferred.
2. HR System & Development (East Jakarta)

* Key Responsibilities: Designing and maintaining organizational structures, managing Job Analysis and Job Descriptions, and acting as the budget controller for the HR Division.

* Key Responsibilities: Ensuring the achievement of sales targets, monitoring stock availability, conducting dealer visits, and analyzing market demand to ensure superior customer service.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or Marketing Management. Must be proficient in MS Office (especially Excel), fluent in English, and hold both SIM A (manual transmission) and SIM C driver’s licenses. Willingness to travel is required.
4. Logistic Operation Staff (Karawang)
Support our distribution network by ensuring seamless logistics operations.
* Key Responsibilities: Managing delivery picking lists, preparing motorcycle shipment documents, and compiling logistics reports for the Karawang Distribution Center.
* Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Logistics Management. Experience in warehouse/depot operations and knowledge of ISO management systems are preferred.
5. Digital Platform Staff (East Jakarta)

* Key Responsibilities: Monitoring digital platform performance, managing digital assets, collaborating with internal/external teams to develop new features, and providing actionable insights through reporting.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing, Digital Business, or Communications. Candidates should have at least one year of experience in digital platform management, a passion for the two-wheeler automotive industry, and possess a SIM C license.
