Key Responsibilities and Qualifications
We are seeking a proactive and skilled individual to fill the role of Recruitment Officer (Site). The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strong technical HR knowledge and excellent interpersonal skills, ready to contribute to our dynamic recruitment efforts.
* This role is open to male candidates.
* Minimum educational attainment of a Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Psychology or Management.
* Possess a minimum of three (3) years of demonstrable work experience in an identical position.
* Preference will be given to candidates holding a BEI certification.
* Familiarity with both mass recruitment concepts and various WII methodologies is essential.
* Demonstrated proficiency in problem-solving, analytical thinking, and meticulous attention to detail.
* Exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment or independently.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications and experience in comprehensive report generation.
* Candidates must be physically and mentally healthy, and have completed their booster vaccination.
* Willingness to actively participate in all stages of the recruitment process.
