## Candidate Qualifications
To thrive in this program, we are looking for individuals who possess a growth mindset, sharp business acumen, and high agility. Eligible candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Fresh graduates or final-year students scheduled to graduate before October 1, 2026.
* Experience: Professionals with a maximum of two years of full-time work experience (excluding internships).
* Academic Excellence: A minimum GPA of 3.30.
* Language Proficiency: Fluency in professional English.
* Leadership Presence: Demonstrated leadership capabilities through active participation in organizations, projects, or competitive events.
* Soft Skills: A proactive nature, a quick learner, high accountability, and personal resilience.
