Project Management and Specialized Support
1. Team Leader: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering; 20+ years of experience (YOE), with 10+ years in final design and site construction of supply bases, ports, and marine infrastructure. Proficiency in English is mandatory.
2. Contract Specialist: Bachelor’s in Contract Management; 20+ YOE in large-scale construction project management; deep knowledge of FIDIC-based contracts.
3. Planning Specialist: Bachelor’s in Planning Management; 15+ YOE in large infrastructure project management; expert proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
4. EHS Specialist: Bachelor’s in Environmental Engineering/Science; 20+ YOE in environmental impact monitoring and advisory; experience with social mitigation strategies in port and infrastructure development.
Engineering & Technical Roles (Design Focus)
5. Breakwater Engineer: Civil Engineering degree (Marine Structures preferred); 15+ YOE, including 10+ years in final breakwater design.
6. Jetties Engineer: Civil Engineering degree; 15+ YOE, with 10+ years specifically in marine structure design.
7. Yard, Buildings & Infrastructure Engineer: Civil Engineering degree; 15+ YOE, including 10+ years in land-based supply base infrastructure; experience with tank farms and fueling stations.
8. Mechanical Engineer (Design): Mechanical Engineering degree; 15+ YOE, with 10+ years in design/review of supply base mechanical equipment.
9. IT Specialist (Design): IT/Electronics degree; 15+ YOE, with 5+ years in supply base/port IT systems (navigation, logistics).
10. Electrical Engineer (Design): Electrical Engineering degree; 15+ YOE, with 5+ years in electrical installation/distribution design for ports.
11. Geotechnical Engineer / Geologist: Civil Engineering/Geology degree; 15+ YOE, including 10+ years in marine and land structure design for ports.
12. Hydrographical Engineer / Dredging Expert: Civil Engineering degree; 20+ YOE in marine surveying and dredging, with 10+ years in port construction review.
