* Process Management: Oversee critical stages of the hiring pipeline, ranging from resume screening and interview scheduling to facilitating coordination with internal and external partners.
* Reporting & Analytics: Prepare and present insightful recruitment metrics and progress reports to internal teams and key stakeholders.
* Candidate Experience: Serve as the primary point of contact for applicants, fostering strong, lasting relationships throughout the entire recruitment journey.
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
Traveloka is searching for a meticulous, results-driven individual who possesses a blend of analytical prowess and exceptional interpersonal skills. To qualify for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Hold a relevant Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution.
* Professional Experience: Bring a minimum of 2 to 3 years of proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, specifically within Online Travel Agencies (OTA), E-commerce, Technology, or closely related sectors.
* Operational Expertise: Demonstrate hands-on familiarity with modern recruitment workflows, including CV screening, HR interviews, reference checks, and the execution of recruitment events.
* Communication Mastery: Exhibit professional fluency in English, backed by stellar verbal and written communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholder relationships effortlessly.
* Autonomy & Collaboration: Display the ability to work independently with minimal oversight while maintaining a strong, cooperative team spirit.
* Bonus Qualifications: Prior experience working with the Workday Applicant Tracking System (ATS) will be considered a distinct advantage.
