## Current Opening: Technical Trainer – Factory
The Technical Trainer position is a vital role designed to bolster the operational excellence and safety standards within the factory environment.
Core Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be responsible for building and maintaining the technical expertise of the factory workforce through the following initiatives:
* Curriculum Development: Designing and executing comprehensive technical training programs tailored to factory-level staff.
* Technical Instruction: Providing expert guidance on machinery, specialized equipment, preventative maintenance protocols, and complex factory processes.
* Competency Evaluation: Assessing training effectiveness and monitoring the evolving skill levels of participants.
* Gap Analysis: Identifying specific training needs by evaluating performance gaps on the production floor.
* Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Working closely with Engineering, Maintenance, and Production teams to ensure alignment with operational goals.
* Continuous Improvement: Monitoring and refining technical training modules to adapt to new technologies and safety requirements.
Essential Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who possess a blend of technical expertise and pedagogical skill:
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (D4/S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
* Experience: Previous professional experience in technical training, maintenance, engineering, or production within a manufacturing setting is highly preferred.
* Operational Knowledge: A solid understanding of production machinery, maintenance best practices, and standard industrial operating procedures.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, coupled with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Professional Versatility: Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a high-performing team.
## Placement and Working Conditions
* Location: Secang, Central Java.
* Schedule: Monday to Friday (08:00 – 16:00) and Saturday (08:00 – 13:00). Please note that occasional training sessions or activities may be scheduled on Sundays.
