## Candidate Requirements
To ensure the high standard of service our customers expect, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK or equivalent).
* Technical Proficiency: Must possess excellent typing speed and high attention to detail.
* Operational Requirements:
* Candidates for positions 1 and 2 must be willing to perform doorstep pickups at customer locations.
* Must possess a valid driver’s license: SIM C for motorcycle roles and SIM A for car roles.
* Professional Attributes: Ability to thrive in a team-based environment, maintain a clean and professional workspace, and demonstrate unwavering honesty and accountability.

* Financial Compensation:
* Training period (first month): IDR 1,600,000.
* Post-training: Competitive base salary plus daily performance bonuses, with total monthly earnings exceeding IDR 2,000,000.
