## 1. Senior System Administrator (SAP BASIS)
This critical role is designed for experts capable of managing complex SAP environments. We require a candidate with at least a Bachelor’s degree in Informatics Engineering.
Core Competencies:
* SAP Expertise: Proven ability to install, tune, and optimize SAP products, including SAP ECC, RISE, S4/HANA, Fiori, PO, and BW/BI in both on-premise and cloud environments.
* Database Management: Proficiency in HANA, Sybase, MSSQL, and DB2.
* Operating Systems: Deep understanding of Linux (specifically SUSE), Windows, and Unix.
* System Lifecycle: Advanced skills in upgrades, migrations, backups, system restoration, as well as High Availability and Disaster Recovery protocols.
Professional Requirements:
* Experience: A minimum of 10 years as an SAP Basis Administrator.
* Certifications: Candidates must hold key certifications, including:
* SAP Certified Technology Associate – SAP OS/DB Migration.
* SAP Certified Technology Associate – SAP HANA 2.0.
* SAP Certified Technology Specialist – SAP S/4HANA Conversion and System Upgrade.

* .NET Core Proficiency: Strong grasp of the .NET Core framework, including architecture, API development, and client-server application logic.

Professional Requirements:
* Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience as a web developer.
* Industry Knowledge: Previous experience implementing web applications within a state-owned insurance enterprise is highly preferred.
## 3. Senior Programmer (ABAP Developer)
This role focuses on maintaining and enhancing our SAP ecosystem through custom development. Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Informatics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or Computer Science.

* ABAP Mastery: Expert-level skills in ABAP, specifically in managing RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflow).
* SAP Module Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP MM (Material Management), SAP HR (Human Resources), and SAP FI (Financial Accounting).
* Technical Problem Solving: Advanced debugging, troubleshooting, and SQL query optimization for SAP HANA.
* System Integration: Practical experience with SAP PI/PO and knowledge of SAP Fiori/UI5 development.
Professional Requirements:
* Experience: At least 7 years of experience in ABAP development projects, covering custom reports, backend applications, and module-based system integrations.
