This 18-month intensive initiative is designed to groom the next generation of agricultural leaders by cultivating a growth mindset and providing hands-on experience across multiple business functions.
The SPARK program is divided into two structured phases:
* Foundation Phase (3 Months): Gain cross-functional exposure by rotating through various departments and geographic locations to understand the company's operational ecosystem.
* Specialization Phase (15 Months): Dive deep into your assigned function through targeted role rotations and the successful execution of critical business projects.

2. Management Trainee: Supply Chain

3. Management Trainee: Marketing
This role supports Brand Managers in orchestrating the lifecycle of our product portfolios. Success in this role requires a keen eye for market data and the ability to articulate complex technical benefits to the agricultural community.
4. Management Trainee: Finance
This position focuses on the financial health of the Crop Protection division. You will manage management reporting, analyze Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) variances, and support capital expenditure (CAPEX) planning. Proficiency in standard costing and a detail-oriented approach are essential for success in this analytical role.
