## Available Positions
1. Intake Operator
The Intake Operator plays a vital role in our supply chain, ensuring that the raw materials used in our production processes are handled with precision and safety.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Manage raw material requisitions from the warehouse and verify specifications prior to processing.
* Coordinate the charging of raw materials into intake bins.
* Monitor and document material usage to eliminate errors or shortages.
* Maintain strict hygiene standards to prevent contamination in the intake area.
* Oversee operational readiness of intake lines and bin levels at the start of every shift.
* Operate control panels according to established safety and cleanliness protocols.
* Qualifications:
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
* Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Basic knowledge of material handling, production flows, and intake management.
* Understanding of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and inventory estimation.
* Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset.
2. Control Panel Operator
This position is central to our production efficiency, requiring technical expertise to manage automated systems and ensure seamless manufacturing outputs.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Execute production workflows according to standardized operating procedures.
* Prepare additives and calibrate production machinery.
* Monitor and operate the production cycle from intake to final packaging.
* Maintain production logs and coordinate handovers between shifts.
* Qualifications:
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering.
* Expertise in high-voltage systems, automation, and industrial feed machinery.
* Familiarity with raw materials, product quality standards, and TPM principles.
* High integrity, results-driven attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
3. Bagging & Crumble Operator
The Bagging & Crumble Operator ensures that our high-quality final products reach our customers in the correct format and quantity.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare packaging materials, labels, and expiration coding per the production plan.
* Verify the consistency and readiness of finished goods and shipping pallets.
* Maintain bagging and sewing equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
* Perform sieveter cleaning and verify scale accuracy.
* Qualifications:
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
* Solid understanding of bagging and sewing machinery, including sieveters and weighing systems.
* Knowledge of product quality specifications.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on production results.
4. Production Operator (Press & Extruder)
As a specialist in the core of our production, the Press & Extruder Operator manages the mechanical processes that define our feed quality.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Operate and monitor mixers, presses, and extruders.
* Adjust mechanical settings, including rolls, dies, steam nozzles, and screws.
* Monitor Critical Control Points (CCP) and maintain precise conditioning temperatures.
* Perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot operational issues.
* Qualifications:
* Diploma (D3) in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
* Fresh graduates are welcome.
* Technical proficiency in extrusion systems and feed production processes.
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage machine parameters to ensure high-quality output.
