## Career Opportunity: Human Resource Officer
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resource Officer to join our dynamic team at Sekolah Terpadu Sedaya Bintang, Summarecon Bandung. This role is pivotal in maintaining our operational excellence and supporting our workforce through comprehensive HR administration and strategic talent management.
Core Responsibilities
The successful candidate will play a multifaceted role, ensuring our HR processes are seamless and compliant. Key duties include:
* Payroll and Compliance: Managing monthly payroll accuracy, including social security contributions (BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan) and income tax (PPh 21) calculations.
* Immigration Management: Overseeing end-to-end processes for foreign workers, including RPTKA, ITAS, STM, and SKTT requirements.
* Records Administration: Maintaining rigorous physical and digital employee documentation, ensuring all updates are current and accessible.
* Talent Lifecycle: Managing administrative procedures for the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding and internal transitions to offboarding.
* Expatriate Support: Handling work permit processing (e.g., KITAS) as required by the organization.
* Recruitment: Executing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, candidate screening, psychological testing, interviews, and onboarding.
* Strategic HR Operations: Facilitating HR placement initiatives, performance management cycles, training coordination, and internal company event organization.
* Operational Scheduling: Managing staff shift schedules to ensure optimal operational productivity.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants must demonstrate a blend of technical expertise and interpersonal proficiency:
1. Professional Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
2. Regulatory Knowledge: A strong command of Indonesian labor laws and current BPJS regulations.
3. Language Skills: Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is mandatory to support our diverse operational requirements.
