The Mill Assistant Trainee (MAT) program is designed to develop the next generation of industry leaders. Program Objectives

Candidate Requirements

* Gender: Male.
* Education: Minimum D3, D4, or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Agricultural Product Technology (TPHP).
* Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 3.00 is required.
* Physical Standards: A minimum height of 165 cm.
* Mobility: Must be willing to be stationed at any of our operational sites across Sumatra, Kalimantan, or Sulawesi.
