## SPINDO Trainee Development Program: Candidate Requirements
We are seeking graduates who possess not only technical proficiency but also the leadership potential to drive our future operations. To qualify for the Trainee Development Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Academic Background: Hold a Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
* Specializations Required:

* Material and Metallurgy Engineering

* Occupational Health and Safety (K3)
* Environmental Engineering
* Performance Metrics: A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.20.
