## Role Overview and Core Responsibilities
As a Logistics Operator, you will play a vital role in maintaining seamless inventory control, operating essential machinery, and upholding strict safety standards across operational facilities.
Your daily duties will include:
* Inventory & Storage Management: Receiving, organizing, storing, and precisely logging goods flow using basic computerized systems and spreadsheet tracking.
* Material Handling & Operation: Safely operating production machinery, forklifts, and company transport vehicles to transfer components and materials.
* Routine Maintenance: Performing fundamental preventive maintenance procedures, including visual equipment checks, component lubrication, and minor maintenance adjustments.
* Workplace Standards Compliance: Adhering strictly to Work Instructions (WI), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and workplace organization guidelines.
## Qualifications and Candidate Requirements
To excel in this role, applicants must possess a mix of technical capabilities, practical background, and strong professional discipline.
Educational & Experience Background
* Minimum educational qualification of High School or Vocational Diploma (majoring in Mechanical, Automotive, or Electrical Engineering is strongly preferred).
* 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience within manufacturing, logistics, or equipment maintenance environments.
Technical & Operational Skills
* Demonstrated capability in operating industrial production machinery and following complex Work Instructions (WI) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Proficiency in forklift operation and general material handling techniques.
* Possession of an active, valid Class A Driver's License for operational duties.
* Practical understanding of basic preventive maintenance routines (visual inspections, lubrication, and simple parts replacement).
* Functional computer literacy, including experience with Microsoft Excel or basic inventory control software.

* High level of initiative, responsibility, and personal accountability.
* Strong teamwork, detail-oriented approach to documentation, and clear communication abilities.
* Deep commitment to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations.
* Practical knowledge and discipline in implementing 5S methodology (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain).
