Key Responsibilities of the Role
As a Recruitment Intern, you will be immersed in the end-to-end talent acquisition lifecycle. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Talent Sourcing: Actively participating in the recruitment journey to identify and engage high-potential candidates who align with Shopee’s values.
* Mass Recruitment Coordination: Managing large-scale hiring processes for entry-level positions, which includes organizing recruitment events and conducting candidate evaluations.
* Administrative Excellence: Maintaining candidate databases, coordinating complex interview schedules, and ensuring professional, timely communication with all applicants.
* Operational Support: Preparing essential recruitment documentation, drafting analytical reports, and assisting the wider People team with ad-hoc administrative projects.
Candidate Requirements
