We are currently looking for high-potential individuals to join our team through the Finance & Administration Development Program (FADP).
## About the Finance & Administration Development Program (FADP)
The FADP is an intensive six-month development journey designed to fast-track your career. This program offers deep exposure to the core management processes that drive the SERA Group, providing you with the technical expertise and strategic insight needed to excel in modern corporate finance and administration.
Core Responsibilities
Upon joining the program in a Finance & Administration capacity, you will be entrusted with critical operational tasks, including:
* Financial Oversight: Managing branch cash flow, overseeing billing progress, and monitoring Accounts Receivable (A/R).
* Payment Verification: Validating payment requests and confirming debt recognition while performing rigorous bank reconciliations for vendors and clients.
* Reporting and Budgeting: Generating detailed branch performance reports and assisting in the formulation of annual branch budgets.
* Asset Management: Monitoring the status and costs of branch assets and public facilities.
* Administration and Compliance: Supervising branch administrative staff and implementing company-wide Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
* Health and Safety: Cultivating a productive workspace that prioritizes employee health through medical check-ups and facility maintenance.
## Who Should Apply?
We are seeking dynamic, detail-oriented professionals who are ready to make a significant impact. To qualify for the FADP, candidates must meet the following criteria:
1. Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale).
2. Experience: Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply. Applicants with up to two years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Tax, Internal Audit, or Public Accounting will be viewed favorably.
3. Age Requirement: Maximum 25 years old.
4. Skills:
* Demonstrated ability to prepare and analyze financial statements.
* Strong analytical thinking, initiative, and a customer-centric mindset.
* Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
5. Mobility: Willingness to be stationed at any of our branches across Indonesia.
