## General Candidate Requirements
To ensure our workforce meets the high standards of our operations, applicants must fulfill the following criteria:
* Gender and Age: Male applicants only. Minimum age of 18 years. Maximum age limits are set at 26 years for trainee and supervisory roles (positions 3 and 4), and 35 years for experienced technical and supervisory roles (positions 1, 2, 5, 6, and 7).
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/equivalent) or higher depending on the role.
* Marital Status: Single status is strictly required for trainee programs (positions 3 and 4), and applicants must remain unmarried throughout the duration of the training period.
* Physical and Mental Fitness: Must be in good health, highly disciplined, and possess a strong work ethic.
* Location Flexibility: Willingness to be stationed at remote operational sites with limited internet connectivity.
* Transportation: Ownership of a personal two-wheeled vehicle (motorcycle) is required for positions 1 and 2.
* Professional Experience: Relevant working experience is mandatory, requiring a minimum of 3 years for positions 1 and 2, 2 years for positions 5 and 6, and 1 year for position 7.
