1. Operational Administrator (Cikarang Selatan, Bekasi)
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to manage our administrative workflows.
* Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) in any field.
* Experience: At least 1 year in an operational admin role, preferably within the logistics sector.
* Key Skills: Proficiency in tracking waybills, data entry, report generation, and professional document archiving. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are mandatory.
* Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal communication and the ability to excel both independently and within a team.
2. Service Advisor (Makassar)
Our Service Advisors act as the primary link between our technical teams and operational efficiency.
* Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) in Engineering, with Automotive studies preferred.
* Experience: At least 1 year in a Service Advisor capacity.
* Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of heavy vehicle maintenance (preventive and corrective), core vehicle components, and part catalogues.
* Requirements: Expertise in managing work orders (SPK) and daily repair reporting. Must be willing to work in shifts and maintain strong coordination with the team.
3. General Repair Mechanic (East Java: Pasuruan, Gresik, Surabaya)
We are looking for skilled hands-on mechanics to maintain our fleet to the highest standards.
* Education: Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) in Light Vehicle Engineering or Automotive.
* Core Competencies: Extensive experience in truck maintenance and repair.
* Expectations: Must be prepared for emergency services and "storing" calls. Candidates must demonstrate integrity, discipline, and the ability to work under pressure.
* Flexibility: Candidates must be willing to be stationed or assigned to any PT SIL workshop area as required.
4. Body Repair Mechanic (Makassar & East Java)
This role is critical for maintaining the structural integrity and aesthetic quality of our vehicle fleet.
* Education: Vocational High School (SMK) in Welding, Mechanical Engineering, or Automotive.
* Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in specialized body shops, welding, or vehicle body repair.
* Requirements: A valid Driver’s License (SIM A) is required; a professional welding certification is considered a significant advantage.
* Traits: Hardworking, disciplined, and capable of high-pressure execution in both team and solo settings.
