Candidate Requirements
To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum High School diploma (SMA/SMK) in any major.
* Professional Experience: At least one year of hands-on experience in the plastic injection molding process, preferably within the automotive component industry.
* Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to use precision measuring tools, including calipers and micrometers.
* Quality Inspection Skills: Strong understanding of visual inspection methodologies and the ability to interpret technical drawings accurately.
* Core Competencies: Comprehensive knowledge of plastic injection part characteristics and a strong professional work ethic.
