## Open Positions
We are currently looking for qualified candidates to fill the following roles:
1. Group Leader – General Affairs
The General Affairs team is vital to maintaining the seamless operation of our remote sites. We are looking for an organized professional to oversee facility management and site logistics.
* Supervise and coordinate daily General Affairs operations to ensure robust site support.
* Manage facility maintenance, personnel accommodation, transportation, and office services.
* Develop and submit periodic reports regarding site assets, facility conditions, and overall service delivery.
* Hold a Diploma (D3) in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
* Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in facility management, site services, or corporate administration.
* Full willingness to be stationed at our remote operational sites in Central Kalimantan.
2. Group Leader – Production
We are seeking a production-focused leader to oversee our extraction processes, ensuring we meet our rigorous safety and output targets.
* Direct and supervise daily mining production activities to hit organizational targets.
* Lead production teams with a focus on safety, cost-effectiveness, and operational efficiency.
* Conduct daily briefings to align the team with production schedules, safety protocols, and technical requirements.
* Hold a Diploma (D3) in Mining Engineering or a closely related discipline.
* Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in the mining sector.
* Possession of a valid POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certification is mandatory.
* Full willingness to be stationed at our remote operational sites in Central Kalimantan.
