## 1. Manufacturing Operator
The Manufacturing Operator plays a vital role in ensuring the efficiency, quality, and safety of our production lines.
Key Responsibilities
* Production Readiness: Execute daily 5S activities, prepare production supplies, and conduct machine warm-ups and verifications.
* Operational Excellence: Maintain equipment to ensure high productivity and Optimal Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) while adhering to cycle time targets.
* Quality Assurance: Monitor production to minimize scrap ratios and ensure zero customer claims by strictly following technical work instructions.
* Safety Compliance: Operate machinery safely, report hazards immediately, and maintain a clean, organized workstation.
* Skill Development: Participate in training programs, qualification assessments, and skill-upgrading initiatives to enhance professional competency.
Required Qualifications
* Minimum education: SMK or SMU graduate.
* Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing assembly is a distinct advantage.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel).
* Passive English proficiency is preferred.
* Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working effectively under pressure and in a team environment.
* Willingness to work in a shift rotation, remain standing for extended periods, and be based in the Lippo Cikarang area.

Key Responsibilities
* Incoming Goods: Handle unloading, verify shipments against packing lists, and perform goods receipt documentation in SAP.
* Inventory Control: Manage component supply, conduct regular inventory counts, maintain facility layouts, and troubleshoot SAP POE errors.
* Delivery Management: Process daily orders, prepare delivery notes, manage repacking, and ensure all shipments are properly palletized and documented.
* Internal Logistics: Coordinate internal milkrun cycles, update Kanban and Heijunka boards, and handle raw material and finished goods movement.
* Equipment Maintenance: Perform safety checklists, cleaning, and routine maintenance for forklifts, pallet stackers, and hand trucks.
Required Qualifications
* Technical Engineering graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Previous experience (1–2 years) in logistics operations is highly preferred.
* Working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office suites.
* Basic command of English for operational communication.
