Administrative and Financial Roles
1. Staff Admin Accounting / Finance (Code: ADM)
* Responsibilities: Managing periodic sales reports and ensuring all sales administration and billing protocols align with company SOPs.
* Requirements: D3 degree (Management, Accounting, or Business Admin preferred); advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, PIVOT); experience in FMCG, retail, or building materials is a plus. Based in Bekasi; must have received at least two doses of the COVID-19 vaccine.
2. Staff Admin Warehouse (Code: ADM LOG)
* Responsibilities: Tracking goods receipt and dispatch, ensuring procedural compliance, and maintaining warehouse inventory accuracy.
* Requirements: D3 degree (any major); proficient in MS Excel; prior experience in FMCG, retail, or building materials preferred. Must not be color blind and must have received at least two doses of the COVID-19 vaccine.
3. Head of Administration (Code: KADM)
* Responsibilities: Overseeing order processing, returns, and billing procedures.
* Requirements: D3 degree (Management, Accounting, Business Admin); expert Excel proficiency; minimum 2 years of experience as a supervisor in sales admin or finance; willingness to travel for work.
Logistics and Warehouse Operations
4. Head of Warehouse (Code: KALOG)
* Responsibilities: Coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments, managing warehouse layout, and supervising goods distribution.
* Requirements: D3 degree; expert Excel proficiency; minimum 2 years in a warehouse supervisory role. Openings currently available in Bali and Manado.
5. Warehouse Operator / Helper (Code: WORKER)
* Responsibilities: General warehouse support and assistance.
* Requirements: SMA/SMK graduate (Mechanical or Electrical Engineering backgrounds preferred); experience as a machine technician or warehouse assistant is an advantage.
6. Cargo Driver (Code: DRIVER)
* Requirements: SMA/SMK diploma; must hold a valid B/B1/B2/B2 General driver's license; 2+ years of experience with cargo or heavy-duty vehicles; proficiency in vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting; must not be color blind.
7. Forklift Operator (Code: FORKLIFT)
* Requirements: SMA/SMK diploma; must possess a valid SIO for Forklift operation; healthy, not color blind, and fully vaccinated.
