## Core Responsibilities of the MEP Supervisor
As an integral part of our engineering and property management division, you will oversee a wide range of critical technical operations. Your day-to-day duties will encompass the following key areas:
* Asset Maintenance & Upkeep: Manage the routine maintenance and servicing of all electrical and mechanical installations across company properties, including estate public street lighting, backup generators, HVAC units, and main office building electrical networks.
* Procurement & Budgeting: Formulate comprehensive plans and accurate cost estimations for lighting fixtures required across residential public streets and communal amenities like parks and sport clubs.
* PLN Coordination & Oversight: Supervise the installation of cluster public street lighting and utility poles executed by the state electricity company (PLN) to guarantee absolute precision in location mapping and execution.
* Architectural Collaboration: Work closely with project architects to strategize and finalize optimal placement points for street lighting.
* Landscape Lighting Management: Designate strategic landscape illumination points and maintain end-to-end accountability for their proper installation.
* Utility Scheduling: Liaise directly with PLN officials to coordinate exact timelines for utility pole installation projects.
