## Management and Supervisory Roles
We are looking for experienced leaders to oversee our core operations and administrative functions.
* Mill Manager: Requires a D3 degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Agriculture, or related fields. Must have at least 4 years of experience, expertise in palm oil mill operations, troubleshooting, and proven leadership abilities.
* KTU (Head of Administration): Requires a D3 in Accounting/Economics and 2 years of experience in palm oil mills. Proficiency in financial reporting and warehouse administration is essential.
* Asisten Proses: D3 degree in technical fields with 2 years of experience in CPO and PKO processing.
* Asisten Maintenance: D3 degree in technical fields with 2 years of experience maintaining palm oil mill machinery.
* Asisten (Jr) Procurement: D3 degree with 2 years of experience; strong negotiation and communication skills are required.
* Asisten (Jr) K3 & Lingkungan Hidup: D3 in Environmental/Industrial Engineering. Must hold a valid K3 certificate and possess knowledge of waste management and environmental regulations.
* Spv. Laboratorium: D3 in Chemical Engineering with 2 years of experience in QC, oil extraction, and waste analysis.
## Administrative and Staff Positions
* Staff General Affair: S1 degree in any major with 1 year of experience in asset management and licensing.
* Kasir & Payroll: SMA/SMK or S1 in Economics. Requires 2 years of experience in finance operations and salary calculation.
* Krani (Umum, Admin, Produksi, Procurement, Maintenance, Timbangan): Various administrative and support roles requiring 1–2 years of relevant experience, computer literacy (MS Office), and strong attention to detail.
## Technical, Operational, and General Field Roles
We are hiring for a wide range of operational positions at our site. All technical and operator roles require candidates to be physically fit, disciplined, and possess at least 1–2 years of experience in their respective fields.
Technical and Maintenance Specialists
* Welder (Tukang Las)
* Lathe Operator (TK. Bubut)
* Helper Maintenance
* Oilman (Petugas Oli)
Mill and Field Operators
* Heavy Equipment: Loader & Excavator Operators.
* Production Units: Loading Ramp, Empty Bunch Press, Sterilizer, Kernel, Klarifikasi, Boiler, Engine Room, Water Treatment Plant, and Incinerator operators.
* Logistics and Sorting: Sortasi members, Dispatch officers, and Sample boys.
* Waste Management: Pengawas & Pengutipan Limbah.
General Support and Security
* Security: Requires 2 years of experience and a Diksar certificate.
* Canteen Staff: Includes Head of Canteen and Cook (couples preferred).
* Office Girl: Requires basic education and experience.
* Mandor (Foreman): Available for Sortasi, Maintenance, and Process departments.
* Sopir Umum: Must possess a valid SIM A license and 1 year of experience.
