We are currently seeking dedicated professionals for the following positions to support our growing network of outlets.
1. F&B Industrial Maintenance Technician
We are looking for a skilled technical professional to ensure the seamless operation of our facilities. You will be the backbone of our infrastructure, ensuring that our outlets maintain the highest standards of safety and efficiency.
* Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
* Execute repairs on electrical installations, plumbing, HVAC systems, and specialized kitchen equipment.
* Conduct proactive troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical disruptions promptly.
* Oversee equipment installation and provide support for small-scale civil engineering tasks within the outlets.
* Manage emergency maintenance situations with speed and technical precision.
* Minimum education: Vocational High School (SMK) or Diploma (D3) in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
* At least 2 years of proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar technical role.
* Strong analytical skills to diagnose complex mechanical or electrical faults and implement effective solutions.
* Flexibility to work in rotating shifts.
* Availability for mobile work to support various locations as required.
2. Guest Relation Officer (GRO)
The Guest Relation Officer serves as the face of Butter Baby. You are responsible for curating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring that every customer feels valued from the moment they walk through our doors.
* Deliver a warm, professional, and hospitable welcome to all guests.
* Act as the primary bridge between our customers and the brand to guarantee a seamless service experience.
* Provide comprehensive information regarding our product range, store facilities, and upcoming promotional events.
* Resolve customer inquiries, requests, and feedback with empathy and efficiency.
* Document guest feedback systematically to assist management in enhancing service quality.
* Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) with a focus on Hospitality, Tourism, Communications, or related fields.
* At least 1 year of experience in Guest Relations, Customer Service, or hospitality—though enthusiastic fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* A genuine passion for service excellence and customer satisfaction.
* Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
