As a Branch Manager, you will serve as the primary leader for branch operations, tasked with driving growth and ensuring operational excellence across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee total branch operations, ensuring all business units function cohesively.
* Formulate and execute robust sales strategies to consistently meet or exceed branch performance targets.
* Foster a high-performance culture that emphasizes integrity and customer satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements
* A true automotive enthusiast with a passion for the industry.
* Hold a university degree with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a relevant capacity.
* Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in the luxury automotive segment and those who have successfully served as a Branch Manager.
* Possess exceptional leadership, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
* Must be a mature professional, aged 40 or younger, with a proactive and dynamic approach to problem-solving.

* Validate and verify critical administrative documentation, including financial records, service logs, and legal paperwork such as BSTB, STNK, and BPKB submissions.

Candidate Requirements
* Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or a related field; a degree in Accounting is highly preferred.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative or financial management roles.
* Prior experience within the automotive industry, particularly in an administrative leadership position, is strongly preferred.
