To support our ongoing commitment to quality, we are currently seeking a meticulous and driven individual to join our team as a Quality Control (QC) Operator.
## Core Responsibilities
The Quality Control Operator plays a pivotal role in ensuring that every batch of material leaving our facility meets our rigorous international standards. Your daily contributions will directly impact our reputation for precision and excellence. Your primary duties will include:
* Quality Verification: Conducting thorough inspections to ensure that production samples consistently match the final output quality, strictly adhering to established specifications.
* Corrective Action: Developing and applying corrective formulations whenever a production sample deviates from our predefined quality benchmarks.
* Compliance Adherence: Ensuring all operational procedures are executed in strict alignment with current ISO quality management systems.
## Candidate Qualifications
We are looking for a professional who thrives in a technical, fast-paced manufacturing environment. To be considered for this position, you must meet the following criteria:
* Age and Gender: Male, between 21 and 35 years of age.
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK).
* Physical Requirements: Must not be color blind, as accurate pigment assessment is essential.
* Experience: A minimum of one year in a Quality Control role is required. Previous experience within a masterbatch manufacturing firm will be considered a significant advantage.
* Soft Skills: Must demonstrate strong attention to detail, agility, resilience, and the ability to work effectively within a 3-shift rotation system.
* Analytical Ability: Strong mathematical aptitude and a proactive, quick-thinking approach to problem-solving.
