## Core Responsibilities of the PPIC Operator
The PPIC Operator acts as the bridge between resource management and factory output. Your daily contributions will focus on the following key operational areas:
* Production Planning: Develop and manage precise daily and weekly production schedules, ensuring that all output remains aligned with corporate targets and delivery deadlines.
* Inventory Control: Maintain meticulous oversight of raw materials and finished goods inventory, proactively preventing stockouts or excessive overstock situations.
* Material Requirements Analysis: Analyze production trends to calculate exact material needs, ensuring that the assembly floor never faces downtime due to resource shortages.
* Cross-Departmental Coordination: Serve as a primary point of contact between departments, facilitating communication with the Purchasing team for procurement, the Warehouse team for logistics, and the Marketing department to synchronize production with sales forecasts.
* Operational Reporting: Generate comprehensive daily and weekly reports detailing production performance, efficiency metrics, and current inventory status for management review.
