Core Responsibilities
The Warehouse Staff (Outbound) will be responsible for ensuring that all products are handled, processed, and dispatched in accordance with our premium quality standards. Key daily tasks include:
1. System Management: Processing Management Information System (MIS) tasks assigned via mobile applications.
2. Inventory Handling: Precise picking and packing of goods scheduled for delivery via transporters.
3. Warehouse Maintenance: Organizing storage areas to ensure maximum accessibility and the safety of all stored materials.
4. Stock Auditing: Conducting regular stock opname procedures to ensure inventory accuracy.
5. HSE Compliance: Managing workplace safety, quality, and environmental protocols (K4LM) throughout the warehouse facility.
6. Quality Control: Verifying that all outgoing items are in pristine condition and properly documented before dispatch.
