We are currently looking for a seasoned and detail-oriented professional to serve as our Head of Legal Corporate. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in safeguarding our organizational interests while facilitating our continued growth through expert legal strategy and contract management.
Key Requirements
To be considered for this pivotal role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Law (S1 Hukum).
* Professional Experience: A minimum of 4–5 years of dedicated experience in a corporate legal environment.
* Operational Proficiency: Proven ability to navigate complex management team dynamics and operate effectively under tight deadlines and high-pressure schedules.
Core Responsibilities
The Head of Legal Corporate will be responsible for overseeing the full scope of our business legalities, including but not limited to:
1. Contract Management: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a diverse range of legal contracts to ensure organizational protection.
2. Risk Mitigation: Identifying potential liabilities and advising on the rights and responsibilities embedded within our corporate agreements.
3. Corporate Governance: Managing and reviewing essential corporate actions to ensure full regulatory compliance.
