## Role Overview: HSE Staff
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive professional to join our Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) team. In this role, you will be instrumental in upholding our commitment to operational safety and environmental excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* System Maintenance: Oversee and maintain the company’s safety and health management systems.
* Documentation: Ensure meticulous control of all HSE-related documentation.
* Risk Mitigation: Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to prevent workplace hazards.
* Training & Education: Facilitate safety training sessions and lead regular safety patrols and site inspections.
## Candidate Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates should possess a strong foundation in safety protocols and a drive to maintain a safe working environment:
* Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety (K3) or a closely related field.
* Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Indonesian and international HSE regulations.
* Technical Standards: Solid working knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health Management Systems, specifically ISO 45001 and SMK3 (PP No. 50/2012).
* Operational Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to perform HSE inductions, manage toolbox meetings, execute safety inspections, and ensure strict regulatory compliance.
