PT Niramas Utama is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join the supply chain team as a Warehouse Staff. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth daily operations, accurate document management, and seamless inventory coordination at the Bekasi facility.
Key Responsibilities
Managing warehouse administration and logistics requires precision and accountability. The selected candidate will handle several daily operational tasks:
* Shipping Documentation Review: Thoroughly examine previous day shipping documents, including Purchase Orders (POs) and quantity verifications.
* Daily Delivery List (DPH) Cross-Checking: Compare delivered invoice quantities against the Daily Delivery List to maintain inventory accuracy.
* POD and Goods Issue Management: Process Proof of Delivery (POD) documents, handle Goods Issue (GI) cancellations, and verify the completeness of all outbound paperwork.
* Delivery Order Adjustments: Update and reschedule Delivery Orders (DO) for shipments that encountered delivery failures.
* Comprehensive Reconciliation: Reconcile delivered invoices, remaining stock listed in the DPH, and processed PODs to prevent discrepancies.
Candidate Requirements

* Educational Background: Hold at least a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from any major.
* Professional Experience: Bring a minimum of one year of relevant experience in warehouse administration, logistics, or supply chain management.
* Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate strong computer skills, particularly a solid command of Microsoft Office applications with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel.
