## Available Position: Purchasing Junior Staff
We are currently looking for a detail-oriented Purchasing Junior Staff member to manage supplier relations and streamline procurement processes. This role is essential to maintaining the operational efficiency that defines our Japanese manufacturing standards.
Core Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be tasked with the following duties:
* Supplier Management: Proactively source, evaluate, and vet potential suppliers to ensure quality and compliance.
* Quotation Analysis: Request, analyze, and perform rigorous comparisons of supplier quotations to secure the best value.
* Negotiation: Lead negotiations regarding pricing, delivery timelines, and payment structures.
* Procurement Processing: Accurately create and manage Purchase Orders (PO) within our internal system.
* Logistics Oversight: Monitor active orders to guarantee timely delivery and ensure all fulfillment deadlines are strictly met.
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A minimum of a Senior High School diploma.
