## Professional Qualifications
To ensure the continued success and technical integrity of our operations, candidates must meet the following requirements:
* Educational Background: Applicants should hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field:
* Industrial or Chemical Engineering: Required for roles in Safety Patrol, Admin Palm Kernel Crushing, and Foreman Texturizing.
* Mechanical Engineering: Required for Head Maintenance Heavy Equipment, Technical Pump House Tank Farm, and Foreman Refinery Fractionation.
* Civil Engineering: Required for the Foreman Project position.
* Experience: A minimum of one year of professional experience in a similar role is mandatory.
* Language Proficiency: Candidates with strong English communication skills will be prioritized.
* Location: All positions are based in Kuala Tanjung, Batu Bara.
