Key Responsibilities
As a Production Technician, you will be an integral part of our manufacturing process. Your daily duties will include:
1. Operating and controlling production machinery in strict accordance with established SOPs.
2. Monitoring and maintaining the stability of production processes to ensure consistent output quality.
3. Performing machine setups, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
4. Guiding assistant personnel to ensure daily production targets are met safely and efficiently.
5. Upholding rigorous standards for workplace safety (K3), organizational cleanliness (5S), and total production output.
