## Core Qualifications and Requirements

* Educational Background: Minimum graduation from a Vocational High School (SMK) majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Precision Machining, or a related technical discipline.
* Professional Experience: A minimum of one year of hands-on experience in the same or a highly similar technical capacity.
* Professional Attributes: Strong attention to detail, high self-discipline, a deep sense of responsibility, and the ability to collaborate smoothly within a diverse maintenance and operations team.
* Safety Mindset: A solid understanding of and commitment to implementing Occupational Health and Safety (OHS/K3) principles on the workshop floor.
* Work Location: Full willingness to be relocated and stationed across any of the company’s operational sites and plantation estates in Central Kalimantan.
