1. Production Operator – Cutting
The Cutting Department is essential to our precision manufacturing process. Candidates in this role will ensure that our high-quality glass reaches its final form with accuracy and efficiency.
* Execute glass cutting procedures on the online cutting line.
* Manage the packing process to ensure safe handling of finished goods.
* Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance line efficiency.
* Strictly adhere to operational machine protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE).
* Participate in all mandatory job-specific training programs.
* Minimum education level of SMA or SMK.
* Proficiency in basic computer operation.
* Must not wear glasses and must have normal color vision.
* Flexibility to work in a rotating shift system.
* Ability to perform duties in a hot, noisy, and industrial working environment.
* Willingness to be stationed in Cikarang.
2. Production Operator – Forming
This role is critical for the transformation of raw materials into high-grade finished glass products. We are looking for technical talent capable of managing complex production systems.
* Oversee the forming process to convert pulled glass into high-quality glass blocks.
* Monitor production factors to minimize defects and ensure output consistency.
* Execute quality and environmental management systems.
* Engage in ongoing professional development and skill-building initiatives.
* Educational background in SMK Mechanical Engineering.
* At least one year of hands-on experience in a similar production role.
* Capability to operate computer-based production systems.
* Must not wear glasses and must have normal color vision.
* Flexibility to work in a rotating shift system.
* Ability to thrive in an environment characterized by high temperatures and industrial noise.
* Willingness to be stationed in Cikarang.
