* Primary Responsibilities:
* Manage the recapistration and reporting of VAT (PPN) and Income Taxes (PPh).
* Record incoming funds (BRV) and outgoing funds (BDV) utilizing the Accurate system.
* Oversee Head Office petty cash, handle reimbursements, and execute reconciliations.
* Process vendor invoices, FPU payments, and other financial disbursements while verifying underlying documentation.
* Compile summaries for tenant discharge, throughput, and overtime.
* Perform routine bank reconciliations and generate accurate invoices and receipts for tenants.
* Track Purchase Orders (POs) alongside FPU realization and deliver weekly cash flow updates.
