Core Training Focus Areas
During your initial two-week orientation, you will undergo rigorous development in several key areas:

## Requirements and Eligibility
We are looking for motivated individuals ready to dedicate themselves to learning and growth. Applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Educational Background: Minimum vocational high school (SMK) graduate from any major; candidates with backgrounds in Marketing or Pharmacy are preferred.
2. Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and verbal communication abilities.
3. Training Availability: Willingness to attend the two-week intensive training program located in Pantok Wetan, Kulon Progo, Yogyakarta.
4. Mobility: Willingness to be stationed at any of our branch offices across Java.
5. Commitment: Willingness to sign a two-year service bond.
6. Drive: A genuine passion for professional development within the pharmaceutical sector.
