As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of the brand on the sales floor. Your primary mission is to deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers in finding the perfect fashion items.
* Welcome and greet customers warmly as they enter the shopping area.
* Proactively identify customer needs, locate products, and suggest matching outfits or complementary accessories to increase sales.

3. Loss Prevention Associate

* Maintain a visible and reassuring security presence on the sales floor to assist customers.
* Monitor store activities to deter and prevent both internal and external theft.
* Handle and process any detected theft incidents in accordance with company policies and legal protocols.
* Conduct regular inspections to mitigate fire hazards, safety risks, and fraudulent activities.
## General Requirements and Qualifications
To maintain high standards of service, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background:
* Minimum of a High School Diploma (SMA/SMK or equivalent) for all positions.
* For the Cashier position, a Vocational Diploma in Accounting (SMK Akuntansi) is highly preferred.
* Communication & Sales Skills: Possess strong interpersonal, communication, and persuasive selling skills.
* Customer Focus: Display a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, show a genuine interest in fashion trends, and be driven to achieve store sales targets.
* Work Experience: Have at least three (3) months of working experience in a relevant field (formal employment, informal roles, or internships are accepted).
* Certifications: For the Loss Prevention Associate position, possessing a valid Security Guard License (KTA) is highly advantageous.
* Physical Health: Must not have any form of color blindness (neither partial nor total).
* Health & Safety: Candidates must be fully vaccinated, including having received the COVID-19 booster vaccine.
