1. Quality Control Staff (Liquid)
As a QC Staff, you will play a critical role in maintaining our stringent production standards and operational excellence.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor mixing processes and approve premix status before storage.
* Document analysis results and manage semifinish inspection forms.
* Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and conduct root cause analysis for off-specification products.
* Calibrate laboratory equipment and manage chemical reagent inventory.
* Promote 5S and Occupational Health and Safety (K3) standards.
* Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Chemistry, Chemical Analysis, or Chemical Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00.
* Proven experience as a Lab Analyst or QC in the FMCG industry.
* Proficiency in CPKB, PKRT, MS Office, and SAP.
* Strong communication and analytical skills.
2. Senior General Affair Staff
We are looking for an experienced professional to streamline our general operations and ensure corporate compliance.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate facility management, security, and office supplies.
* Manage company permits, import licenses, and expatriate documentation.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external authorities to resolve operational issues.
* Maintain accurate records of all General Affair activities.
* Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law, Civil Engineering, or a related field (Min. GPA 3.00/4.00).
* At least 5 years of experience in General Affairs, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG.
* Expertise in Indonesian licensing regulations and import procedures.
* Superior organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
3. Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC) Staff
The PPIC team is the heartbeat of our supply chain, ensuring that production meets demand with precision.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Develop accurate sales forecasts and production plans for buffer stock.
* Calculate raw material and packaging requirements based on a 3-month lead time.
* Coordinate with Marketing, R&D, and Production departments to align with ISO 9001:2018 and ISO 14001:2018 standards.
* Evaluate production efficiency and goal achievement.
* Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Management (Min. GPA 3.00/4.00).
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the FMCG sector.
* Advanced skills in MS Excel and ERP/SAP systems.
* Creative, loyal, and possess a strong analytical mindset.
