## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
To ensure the safety and efficiency of our power generation processes, we are looking for candidates who meet the following professional criteria:
* Educational Background: Recent graduates (within a maximum of two years of graduation) holding a D3 or S1 degree in a relevant technical field.
* Technical Proficiency: While we encourage fresh graduates to apply, candidates with prior technical experience or completed On-the-Job Training (OJT) within a power plant setting will be given priority.
* Communication Skills: Professional proficiency in English, both written and oral, is essential for internal reporting and documentation.
* Digital Literacy: Strong command of the Microsoft Office suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Mobility: Full willingness to reside and work on-site at the power plant located in Desa Salira, Serang Regency, Banten.
