## Current Openings and Job Descriptions
1. Admin Warehouse (Surabaya)
As an administrative anchor within our logistics ecosystem, you will ensure seamless inventory workflows and maintain absolute data accuracy across departments.
* Core Responsibilities:
* Manage comprehensive administrative cycles, spanning material receiving, storage management, and internal department documentation.
* Oversee inbound and outbound inventory transactions with meticulous precision.
* Coordinate closely with related departments to align inventory records and operational needs.
* Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering or a directly relevant major.
* At least 1 year of professional experience as a Warehouse Administrator, ideally within a dairy plant, food, or beverage manufacturing environment.
* Highly proficient in SAP software and advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities (a distinct advantage).
* Solid understanding of production planning and inventory control principles.
* Flexible and willing to work in a shift system.
* Primary placement: Surabaya.
2. Checker Warehouse (Surabaya)
Your keen eye for detail will safeguard our supply chain integrity by verifying every stage of material movement from loading docks to storage bays.
* Core Responsibilities:
* Inspect incoming shipments, monitor put-away and storage procedures, and oversee picking to outbound dispatch.
* Validate Goods Receipt (GR), put-away operations, picking accuracy, material transfers, reservations, and dispatch logs.
* Liaise continuously with Production and Quality Control (QC) teams for the formal handover of Raw Materials (RM), Packaging Materials (PM), and Finished Goods.
* Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) diploma.
* Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience as a Warehouse Checker in the food, beverage, or dairy sector.
* Familiarity with inventory control and basic production planning workflows.
* Prepared to work under a rotating shift schedule.
* Primary placement: Surabaya.
3. TKBM / Loading & Unloading Crew (Surabaya)
Physical agility, safety consciousness, and teamwork are the core pillars required to keep our warehouse logistics moving efficiently.
* Core Responsibilities:
* Execute cargo loading and unloading tasks in strict adherence to supervisory instructions.
* Arrange, organize, and relocate inventory safely and systematically.
* Ensure cargo remains undamaged and secure throughout handling procedures.
* Strictly comply with Occupational Health and Safety (K3) regulations.
* Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) education.
* At least 6 months of practical experience working as a Loading/Unloading Crew (TKBM) or Warehouse Helper.
* Demonstrated discipline, strong responsibility, and a strong work ethic.
* Excellent teamwork and interpersonal collaboration skills.
* Willingness to work on a shift basis.
* Primary placement: Surabaya.
4. Inline Process Control - IPC (Mojokerto)
Ensure product excellence by monitoring quality benchmarks directly on the production floor and verifying precision testing equipment.
* Core Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough inspections and quality evaluations during ongoing production runs to guarantee output aligns with strict corporate standards.
* Perform routine verification and calibration of analytical tools utilized within the IPC laboratory space.
* Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum Diploma (D3) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Chemical Analysis.
* At least 2 years of proven experience acting as a QC Inspector or QC Line operative.
* Capable of executing product testing protocols across multiple phases of production.
* Comprehensive understanding of laboratory testing fundamentals and quality assurance control.
* Prior experience with SAP implementation represents a strong advantage.
* Available to work on a rotating shift schedule.
* Primary placement: Mojokerto.
