## Become a Future Leader: Commercial and Supply Chain Management Trainee
We are currently seeking ambitious, high-potential graduates to join our team across Indonesia. Our Management Trainee Program is an intensive 18-month journey designed to fast-track your professional growth within either our Commercial (Marketing & Sales) or Supply Chain divisions.
Through a blend of on-the-job training, strategic stretch assignments, and mentorship from our senior leadership team, participants will cultivate the expertise necessary to thrive in a global organization.
The 18-Month Development Roadmap
Your rotation schedule will be tailored based on business requirements, your individual career development plan, and your personal areas of interest. The program is structured across three critical phases:
1. Phase 1 (Months 0–5): Foundational Learning. A period dedicated to intensive study, observation, and internalizing our operational processes.
2. Phase 2 (Months 6–12): Practical Application. You will transition into hands-on roles, applying your newfound knowledge to real-time business challenges.
3. Phase 3 (Months 13–18): Performance and Integration. During this final stretch, you will be expected to deliver consistent, high-impact results, ultimately transitioning into a full-time, permanent role within your chosen discipline.
## Candidate Requirements
We are looking for self-starters who possess both the analytical rigor and the agility to navigate a fast-paced environment. To be eligible for the Kenvue Management Trainee program, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Communications, Engineering, or a related discipline.
* Experience Level: Recent graduates (graduating by October 2023, supported by a graduation certificate) or professionals with up to two years of full-time work experience.
* Academic Excellence: A strong academic record with a minimum GPA of 3.3.
* Leadership Potential: Proven ability to lead, evidenced through academic projects, extracurricular involvement, or prior work experience.
* Language Skills: Full professional proficiency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
* Core Competencies: A passion for the consumer health sector, a proactive problem-solving mindset, and the flexibility to relocate across functions and regions as business needs evolve.
