Candidate Requirements
* Educational Background: Fresh graduates holding a minimum of a D4 or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Agrotechnology, Agricultural Product Technology, Soil Science, Plant Pests and Diseases, or Plantation Production Management.
* Training Commitment: Must be fully willing to complete an intensive 6-month training program.
* Service Bond: Must be willing to fulfill a 2-year official service agreement upon completion of training.
* Placement Location: Must be prepared for field placement across our operational sites in East Kalimantan and West Kalimantan.
