As an Automation Operator Assistant, you will be responsible for overseeing production processes, ensuring technical efficiency, and maintaining machinery to meet our rigorous output targets.
* Educational Background: D3 degree or a high school diploma (SMA/SMK) with at least two years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering or related fields.
* Technical Expertise: Proven proficiency in machine troubleshooting and operation of both digital and semi-digital machinery.
* Industry Experience: Prior experience in manufacturing, specifically within the food, beverage, or automotive sectors.
* Operational Knowledge: A solid understanding of 5P (5S) and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) methodologies.
