## Current Opening: Electrical Staff
We are looking for a dedicated Electrical Staff member to provide critical technical support and ensure the seamless operation of our production control systems. This role is ideal for those who are passionate about industrial IT infrastructure and hardware maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
As an Electrical Staff member, you will play a vital role in maintaining our technological backbone. Your daily responsibilities will include:
* System Maintenance: Performing consistent maintenance activities for Control Production PCs, including both client workstations and server environments.
* Troubleshooting: Rapidly identifying and resolving technical issues related to PC hardware and network connectivity.
* Software Lifecycle Management: Managing server software and application renewals through the use of Virtual Machines and Linux-based environments.
* Cybersecurity Oversight: Maintaining robust security protocols, including the regular updating of firewalls and antivirus software.
* Continuous Improvement: Proactively upgrading and optimizing internal software, applications, and database configurations to enhance operational efficiency.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must demonstrate a strong technical foundation and a proactive mindset. The necessary qualifications include:
1. Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Informatics, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
2. Hardware Expertise: Deep practical knowledge of PC hardware and software, with the ability to assemble and configure client/server systems.
3. Networking Proficiency: Proven experience with network installations, including the configuration of hubs, routers, switches, and wireless connections.
4. Programming Skills: Strong proficiency in computer programming, particularly with the C language. Previous project experience using C is highly advantageous.
5. Database Knowledge: Familiarity with database management systems such as Oracle and Ms SQL Server.
6. Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with professional fluency in both English and Indonesian.
