Core Eligibility Requirements
To ensure our trainees are prepared for the rigors of our operations, applicants must meet the following academic and professional standards:
* Academic Background: A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.00 or a Master’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.25 from a reputable institution.
* Preferred Disciplines: Engineering (Industrial, Systems, Mechanical, Electrical) or Computer Science.
* Work Experience: While fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, professionals with two to three years of experience in sectors such as Forestry, Manufacturing, Data Analytics, Automotive, or FMCG are highly valued.
* Leadership & Soft Skills: Candidates must demonstrate strong self-motivation, a sense of leadership, and the versatility to excel both in collaborative team environments and through independent project work.
* Communication: Full proficiency in English, encompassing both spoken and written communication.
## Operational Excellence and Placement
As part of the ORIMBA Management Trainee Program, candidates must be prepared for the realities of the manufacturing sector. While our corporate headquarters is located at Capital Place, 28th Floor, Jl. Jend. Gatot Subroto Kav 18, Kuningan Barat, Jakarta, successful trainees must be willing to be stationed at our various operational sites, including Banjarmasin, Samarinda, or other designated locations.
